Project Manager / Lead Development Team

• You will manage IT Projects – daily communication with internal and external programmers, analysts, testers
• You will manage the development of new large-scale information systems
• You will manage the evolution and maintenance of existing information systems
• You will co-design and implement new services for our customers, including staffing the implementation team
• You will collaborate on preparing proposals from an implementation perspective + estimating effort for execution
• You will monitor compliance with delivery and schedule on individual projects
• You will analyze and manage potential risks, anticipate problems and obstacles
• You will be part of an agile team
• You will communicate with customers and gather their requirements
• You will communicate with our partners – subcontractors
• You will coordinate testing and releases
• You will present project progress, outputs and evaluations internally to the implementation team and externally to management or customers

• Leadership and managerial skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, structured approach, and pragmatism
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.
• Experience managing both agile and waterfall projects
• Your communication, presentation, and argumentation skills will be valuable
• Programming and software analysis knowledge is a plus for smoother technical communication with team members
• Ability to work under pressure and lead and motivate a team
• The skill to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Your organizational and planning abilities will also be applied
• We rely on your responsibility, proactive approach, and flexibility
• Customer orientation and business skills are a plus
• International project management certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, etc. are advantageous
• You will need to speak Czech fluently, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in a similar role will be beneficial
